After founding my own venture-backed start up and growing it to my capacity, I realized that I never sought the seasoned support I needed to truly thrive. Through a series of events within and beyond my control, we ended up winding down the company I had worked so hard to create. 

It took years for me to overcome the disappointment and shame of letting down my investors, employees, and customers. After raising 3 amazing daughters and overcoming a series of health scares, I finally had the bandwidth to give back. 

I founded InANutshell Consulting to provide guidance and support to female founders who find themselves on the challenging precipice of growth and who are experiencing some self-doubt, decision paralysis, and overwhelm.  My lifelong mission is to support women to create wealth and to prioritize their wellbeing by helping them navigate the gap between their current results and the results they seek. By sharing the  powerful self-development and team-leadership techniques I have learned over the past 3 decades, I believe they increase their probability of success.
